Application Doesn’t Start
What if our software stops running all of the sudden? It is not switching to demo mode or crashes after some usage, it basically doesn’t start at all.
Windows
Our software requires Microsoft Visual Studio Runtime Libraries to work. Sometimes it gets removed from the system when you uninstall something and this breaks our applications.
All you need is to reinstall the libraries back to your system. Click the link below to download the installer:
Once downloaded, run the installer and select “Install” or “Repair” depending on what you’ll be offered.
When the installation is finished, try running our apps again, they should work as usual.
Mac
This problem rarely happens on Mac, but if it happens, try re–downloading the software from our website and reinstalling it. This will most likely fix the problem.
